Backbone operates secure, managed depot facilities for EV fleet operators — handling staging, overnight parking, cleaning, maintenance, and charging under SLA. We are actively seeking our first Houston site.


What We Operate

Full-service depot management
from day one.

We take on the operational complexity of running a fleet depot so EV operators can focus on scaling. Every service is tracked, logged, and delivered under contractual SLA.

Vehicle Staging & Parking
Secure overnight and daytime parking for EV fleets. Vehicles staged, charged, and ready at the start of every duty cycle.
EV Charging Management
Level 2 on-site charging installed and managed by Backbone. State-of-charge targets maintained per vehicle per shift.
Cleaning & Exterior Care
Professional vehicle cleaning and exterior maintenance on schedule. Camera and sensor surfaces kept to operator specifications.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled inspections, tire pressure, fluid checks, and visual audits. All logged in real time. Issues escalated before they become incidents.
SLA Monitoring & Reporting
Every vehicle, every shift, tracked in FleetOps OS. Fleet operators get real-time visibility into readiness, incidents, and maintenance history.
On-Site Operations Staff
1–3 Backbone staff on-site at all times during operating hours. Trained, vetted, and managed by Backbone. No overhead for the fleet operator.
